How v2softech collects, uses, and protects your information.

Effective date: January 1, 2025

Overview

v2softech (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the https://www.v2softech.com website (the “Service”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service, and the choices you have associated with that data. We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We do not collect any personal data beyond what is required for your use of our platform and for the procurement of our services, and we do not process your data for any purpose not explicitly communicated to you.

Types of Data Collected

We collect data in three categories:

  • Personal Data — information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company name, and message when you submit our contact or consultation form.
  • Usage Data — information collected automatically when you visit our site, including your IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of your visit, time spent on pages, and diagnostic data.
  • Cookies and Tracking Data — small data files stored on your device that help us remember your preferences. You can disable cookies through your browser settings; however, some parts of the site may not function correctly without them.

Use of Data

v2softech uses the collected data for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the website and its features
  • To respond to your enquiries, consultation requests, and support needs
  • To notify you about changes to our services or this policy
  • To monitor and analyse usage patterns so we can improve the website and our service offerings
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

Transfer of Data

  • Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to and processed on servers located outside your state, province, or country, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
  • If you are located outside India and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer and process that data in India.
  • Your submission of information through this site constitutes your agreement to that transfer.
  • v2softech will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. No transfer of Personal Data will take place to an organisation or country unless adequate controls, including data security safeguards, are in place.

Compelled Disclosure

v2softech may disclose your Personal Data in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to:

  • Comply with a legal obligation such as a search warrant, court order, or subpoena
  • Protect and defend the rights or property of v2softech
  • Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service
  • Protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public
  • Protect against legal action brought against v2softech, its officers, employees, affiliates, customers, or vendors

Data Retention

Contact form and consultation submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry — typically no longer than 12 months unless an ongoing business relationship is established. Usage data and server logs are retained for a shorter period unless required for security or legal purposes.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your Personal Data from unauthorised access, use, loss, destruction, or disclosure. Our site is served over HTTPS. The collection, storage, and processing of your Personal Data is conducted in compliance with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18 without verifiable parental or guardian consent. We do not track, profile, or engage in targeted advertising directed at minors. If we discover that Personal Data of an individual under 18 has been collected without the required consent, we will delete that data immediately.
