38 years in banking. Then a decision to build.
Kiran Kumar Maddali spent 38 years working inside the financial banking industry — understanding it from the inside: its processes, its inefficiencies, its potential, and what it truly needs from technology.
After taking voluntary retirement, he didn't slow down. He started building. In 2022, he founded v2softech with a vision to create AI products and enterprise software systems that are grounded in real operational experience — not theory.
That foundation shapes everything at v2softech: the products we choose to build, the industries we focus on, and the standard of reliability we hold ourselves to. When you've spent decades inside high-stakes financial environments, you understand what “good enough” actually costs.

v2softech founded
Kiran Kumar Maddali founds v2softech following voluntary retirement after 38 years in financial banking — with a clear vision to build AI and software products that solve real operational problems. Work begins on the AI Operations Assistant, Document Intelligence, and Algorithmic Trading System.
Product portfolio expands
v2softech expands its product direction with the Enterprise Intelligence Platform — an organisational knowledge system designed to give companies instant access to their collective memory, decisions, and context.
Scheduling & operations focus
The Schedule Management System enters development and moves into active pilot testing with select partners — addressing a critical need for operational teams managing complex, time-sensitive workflows.
AI Voice Intelligence begins
v2softech starts development of an AI Voice Assistant capable of high-fidelity voice cloning. Beta testing begins the same year, with an early-access partner actively evaluating the platform.
Pilot testing live
The AI Voice Assistant enters live pilot testing. The broader product portfolio — spanning document intelligence, scheduling, trading, and enterprise knowledge — continues to mature across active client engagements.
