About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can open and develop relationships with organisations in finance, healthcare, and enterprise technology — the industries where v2softech's products and services create the most value. This is a role for someone who understands complex B2B sales, can hold a credible conversation about enterprise software and AI, and is motivated by building something from the ground up rather than working within a large, established sales structure.
What you will do
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across target industries and geographies
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound follow-up
- Lead discovery conversations to understand prospective clients' technology challenges and connect them to v2softech's capabilities
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to each client's specific context
- Work closely with the technical team to scope engagements accurately and set appropriate client expectations
- Manage relationships through the full sales cycle from first contact through to signed agreement and smooth handover
- Represent v2softech at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings
- Provide market feedback to help shape product positioning, service offerings, and go-to-market strategy
What we are looking for
- 4+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in technology, software, or professional services
- Demonstrated track record of developing new client relationships and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Ability to hold credible conversations about enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, and AI at a level that builds trust with technical buyers
- Strong written and verbal communication — able to write clearly, present confidently, and listen carefully
- Self-directed and comfortable operating with limited process and high autonomy
- Genuine interest in AI and software technology — curiosity about what we build, not just how to sell it
Nice to have
- Experience selling into financial services, banking, or healthcare organisations
- Existing network of relevant contacts in enterprise technology buying or decision-making roles
- Experience at an early-stage technology company or startup environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured pipeline management
- Understanding of how AI and cloud products are evaluated and procured in large organisations
